Your responsibilities will include:
Software development and maintenance upon existing PowerBuilder applications and components and related integration services
Perform systems analysis, investigating technical problems and documenting relevant issues
Ensuring timely communication of issues to relevant management
Liaising with business users and project stakeholders, providing advice on potentially complex technical and non-technical matters as required
Working closely with the senior PowerBuilder developer and other team members
What would you have?
Strong experience as a PowerBuilder developer (8 years min)
5+ years' experience as a technical lead supporting large enterprise systems
Experience developing client server applications with PowerBuilder 10 – 12
SQL skills and experience in data modelling and data access technologies with Oracle 10g or 11g R2
Experience in object oriented design and programming
Experience in developing and maintaining business critical applications which embody complex sets of business rules
High level communication skills; demonstrating an ability to communicate at the technical and business level
Demonstrable skills in Systems analysis, Problem solving, Troubleshooting and Systems/applications design.
