Senior Analyst - Predictive modelling & Marketing Analytics - Porterallen (Sydney / All Sydney)

The primary objective of this role is to manage the marketing analytics function & provide solutions for the Marketing and Communication team & other related business units. You will lead & drive the delivery of the market research analysis , predictive modelling, customer segmentation/profiling, business case modelling and database development. You will be also leading the data analytics team to support you with the analytics function.
Having said the above, the key responsibilities would be:
To provide insights to support business cases and key strategic marketing initiatives.
Devise profiling/predictive modelling techniques
Manage campaign requirements & effectiveness for distribution to the business
Oversee the performance of queries, production of data extracts & targeted campaign lists
Coaching & Identifying training requirements that correspond to the career development
You will hold relationship with all the key internal stakeholders including the Marketing & Communications team, Strategy team, Operations team, External Suppliers. You are expected to demonstrate technical competencies within information systems like data management, research & analysis, data analytics
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following:
Expert in direct marketing techniques (Marketing databases)
Expert in the use of predictive modelling (Preferably SPSS Modeller )
High Proficiency in T-SQL, SSRS, Microsoft Access & Excel
Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in business/statistics/analytical or related discipline
Industry experience or understanding of superannuation/ financial services/insurance would be ideal
