School Data Management Officer - Pure Source Recruitment (Brisbane / All Brisbane)

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the school's data systems in order to resource best practice teaching and learning, and administration.
Duties will include:
Produce scheduled reports for State and Federal Governments, QCEC, BCE, QSA and other bodies as required, especially student data capture information to QSA
Produce ad hoc reports as required by School Leaders as appropriate and authorised
Manage student data on TASS
Utilise the Therefore Database (and its successor) to archive school records
Assisting with applications programming such as modification of package systems and investigation of malfunctions in operational programs
Supervise administrative activities in areas of enrolment and statistical staffing returns under board guidance
Provide executive support to senior management and associated committees concerning designated aspects of school management
Assist with systems analysis and design
Successful candidates will possess:
Experience in database administration
Experience with Student Data Capture and the collection of Vocational Education Data
Experience using TASS and Therefore Database
A Blue Card issued by Public Safety Business Agency (or eligible to obtain)
