The role
As the Sales Administrator for this high achieving Sales Team you will be required to:
• Organise all Marketing for Properties For Sale
• Prepare pre list kits & agency agreements
• Prepare OFI & Auction Kits
• Liaise with Vendors over Marketing
• Follow up & Send out contracts, sales advices
• Exchanges and settlements letters
• Diary management
• Co-ordinate season marketing campaigns
Skills & experience
This is a highly detailed and busy position. You will need to have previous experience in a similar role and will also ideally have:
• Must HAVE Real Estate Sales Administrator Experience
• High Attention to Detail
• The Ability Work to Tight Deadlines
• Be Able to Multi Task & be Very Organised
• Strong Administration Skills
