As a Sales Administrator for this Agency, you will work directly with the sales team, reporting to the Director of Sales. Some duties of this role will include, but will not be limited to:
Provide general support to the Sales Director by managing all marketing and administrative duties with direction of the Sales Director Establish, prepare and send Pre-Listing kits with the direction of the Sales Director Establish and prepare marketing programs with the direction of the Sales Director Book and proof all marketing material and seek approval from Agent/Vendors Qualify and manage buyer enquiry and schedule buyer appointments Conduct home opens, attend Vendor meetings and issue contracts on behalf of the Sales Agent where required Undertake other ad hoc duties as requested/directed by the Sales Director Coordinate all sales contracts and documentation for the team The Agency

Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will also have a current Sales registration, a valid Driver's License and strong sales administration skills.
