Receptionist - Kelly Services (Perth / Northern Suburbs & Joondalup)

Our client, based in the northern suburbs of Perth, is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team. This company specializes in Commercial & Residential Services such as security, communication, electrical, fire and audio visual.
You must have previous experience as a Receptionist with proven administration skills, Testing is provided for shortlisted candidates (Microsoft package)
You will be required to work full time hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The role is a Permanent position to commence immediately! We can only consider applicants that do not have notice period.
Duties
Managing reception area and being first point of call
Preparing and sending invoices
Ordering stationary/office/ kitchen supplies
Booking of couriers & freight
Booking of Flights & Accommodation
Liaise with contractors, cleaners to ensure all services are carried out as required
Sales Support & Data Entry
Answering phones
Customer Service
General administration duties as required
Skills & Experience
Previous reception experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent people Skills and phone manner
Experience using Microsoft Office programs-(testing is provided)
Be well presented, punctual and proactive
Exceptional high attention to detail
Willingness to learn and a can do attitude
