The Role
If you have great administration and people skills this may be the job for you!You will be responsible for creating a great first impression for the agency - this is front of house role as Receptionist, responsible for all basic reception duties as well as meeting and greeting clients and assisting the team in Strata Management.
Day to day duties will include but not be limited to:-
Answering & Directing Calls Meeting & Greeting Clients Generating Reports and responding to emails Assisting the Strata Management team with Administration duties Ensure the office is well presented Basic ad hoc duties To Be Considered For The Role:
This role will suit someone who takes pride in their job and is passionate about developing their career in the Real Estate industry.
Real Estate Experience Preferred but not essential Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration Experience using MyDesktop and MS Office Suite Strong Computer and Typing Skills Good Attention to Detail & Communication Skills Pleasant Phone Manner The Ability to Multi-Task And Take Direction From Your Superiors Excellent Presentation Passion for the Real Estate industry A GREAT ATTITUDE!
