DMR Tourism is responsible for the tourism promotion of the region, and works with local government and the tourism industry in the areas of product development, investment attraction and industry skills development.
The Public Relations Manager will drive the development and implementation of the annual media communications plan for the Daylesford & Macedon Ranges tourism region.
This role will ensure that the region maintains a strong relationship with key media and maximises publicity coverage. Famil management will be critical. The role will also manage the crisis related tourism communication process and corporate communications.
This role will work closely with Visit Victoria's publicity team to ensure maximum synergies are realised. The Public Relations Manager will also contribute to the implementation of areas of social media, web content and database driven customer relationship management activity.
