This is an exciting role for a Property Officer who is looking to get their foot in the door with an award winning Property Management team.
Duties/Responsibilities;
Assisting their Senior Property Manager with repairs and maintenance Leasing available properties Ingoing and routine inspections Reference Checking applicants Lease administration Advertising of available properties
Skills & Experience required;
Previous Real Estate Experience will be highly regarded High attention to detail Strong communication skills Local Experience would be a bonus Certificate of Registration Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is advantageous
