About the role...
Working closely with senior lawyers who advise local governments, developers & corporate entities on a variety of planning & environment issues, both litigious & non-litigious relating to large-scale land developments/ projects.
About you...
The role will suit a Lawyer who has had some solid (eg. 3 - 5 years PAE) exposure & experience (eg. drafting/negotiating agreements, appearances at VCAT/Planning Panels; in planning & appeals matters) in dealing with local government, developers, retail/industry/institutional clients on a range of planning & environment matters, together with strong communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach and a firm commitment to providing excellent client service.
