The PeopleSoft HR Strategist will perform specialist duties including:
Collect, document and analyse HR business requirements and processes
Analyse current state HR system functionality, and identify opportunities for business process and system improvement
Develop a strategic road map for HR process and system improvement locally and globally
Develop material for stakeholder groups, project teams and management related to the PeopleSoft HR Strategy ;
Support the project manager in planning and executing activities to meet the strategic direction;
Provide knowledge transfer to project and business resources.
Develop training materials and other supporting documentations;
Participate in other special projects and technology initiatives as required.
To be successful in this role you should have
Demonstrated experience and qualifications in PeopleSoft, preferably working on HR configuration and Global HR solution;
Experience working within a large and complex IT environment;
Proven experience in developing system and process road maps leading to the implementation of a Global HR management system;
Excellent communication and liaison skills;
Ability to work and produce excellent results with limited supervision.
