This fast paced role is action packed, with no two days being the same and your mandate is to provide effective and efficient executive support to the Principal.
In addition, you will also oversee the administrative functions within the business, manage the property managers and administrators. You will be monitoring KPI's, conducting staff 1:1's, stepping in when the staff are away.
You must be exceptionally well organised, hard-working, motivated to go the extra mile and display high levels of initiative. You will be able to work autonomously and be skilled at managing projects through to completion. Your communication and interpersonal skills must be of the highest order and your presentation and grooming immaculate.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take control of their career and make the role their own. You must have a minimum of 3 years Senior Property Management experience, have experience managing staff and be proficient using Console.
