The Department requires the services of highly experienced, technically skilled and improvement focused Mobility Administrator(s) to provide BlackBerry Enterprise Server 10/12 (BES 10/12), Good for GfE)/Good Enterprise Mobility Server(GEMS) and MS Exchange administration in support of current and future BlackBerry, Good Work, GOOD, MS Exchange, implementations.
Responsibilities:
Perform role of Departmental SME for BlackBerry Enterprise Server 10/12 (BES 10/12), Good Work, and Good for Enterprise(GfE)/Good Enterprise Mobility Server(GEMS).
Maintain and administer BlackBerry Enterprise Server 10/12 (BES 10/12), Good Work, Good for Enterprise(GfE)/Good Enterprise Mobility Server(GEMS) infrastructure including daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
Provide 2nd/3rd level Support services for BlackBerry Enterprise Server 10/12 (BES 10/12), Good Work, Good for Enterprise (GfE)/Good Enterprise Mobility Server(GEMS). Provide specialist BlackBerry Enterprise Server 10/12 (BES 10/12), Good for Enterprise(GfE)/Good Enterprise Mobility Server(GEMS), infrastructure services to upgrade Projects.
Provide technical guidance to the team in the technologies related to the development and support of an Enterprise BlackBerry Enterprise Server 10/12 (BES 10/12), Good Work, Good for Enterprise (GfE)/Good Enterprise Mobility (GEMS), environment.
In conjunction with managers, prioritise, analyse and complete tasks according to the nature and urgency of the request.
Participate in resolver groups as part of the problem resolution process.
Ensure that the tasks and progressive action history are duly recorded and concluded to the client's satisfaction.
Participate as required in the project management process and endeavour to achieve client outcomes in the most effective way.
Maintain data security and system integrity in accordance with Departmental and Government Policy.
Skills Required:
5+ years' experience as a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, Good Work, Good for Enterprise(GfE)/Good Enterprise Mobility Server(GEMS), administrator.
5+ years general understanding of all phases of the application development lifecycle and project management disciplines
2+ years' experience using PowerShell
2+ years' Level 2 MS Exchange support
Proven critical thinking and strong problem solving skills required.
Applicants MUST be Australian Citizens with NV1 security clearance required for immediate start.
