Our Merchandisers are responsible for merchandising our range of high quality market leading brands to a number of our customers with a major role of building displays. We currently have a casual opportunity working in the Cairns area. Hours are approximately 12 per week. Flexibility is key within this role as hours and days can change due to business needs and busy seasonal periods.
As a Casual Merchandiser you will be providing in store merchandising activity in each outlet through the effective and innovative placement of point of sale and promotional material. This includes the building of eye-catching product displays for each account to ensure all company products receive maximum exposure as per Mondelēz International in store merchandising standards.
The successful candidate must be autonomous, willing to work in hands on role, have excellent communication skills and be thoroughly organized. The position requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm and genuine commitment to achieving positive results. Experience in FMCG Merchandising will be well regarded but not essential.
A road worthy reliable vehicle, current driver's license and comprehensive insurance are essential. The successful candidate will also be required to undergo a pre-employment medical.
