We are looking for bright JUNIOR developers. You are a New Grad or someone with a Maximum of two years experience, with some training in C++, Java or C#.
The company develops leading edge applications with a mix of technologies to target the specific aspects of the product range and as such depending on the person they will further train you along your aptitudes.
You will be exposed to design and development issues in meetings and be encouraged to participate, and contribute from an early stage. This is seen to be a crucial part of your development and a key differentiator in how they train. Stand up and put your ideas to the team, and then get shot down.. but get up again!
This is not a role for an experienced person That has retrained!
