The role
This role is not your average Role; Focussing on generating new business as well as buyer management, this role creates plenty of opportunity for someone's future. Day to day your role will include but will not be limited too:
• Open homes and private inspections
• Build and maintain the buyer database
• Open home call backs
• Assist with managing past buyer / seller relationships
• Handle all online buyer enquiry
• Assist in preparing vendor reports
• Prospecting through buyer lists, success marketing, door knocking etc.
Skills & experience
To secure this role you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar field. You will also need to display the following:
• Valid Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers License
• Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills
• Have the ability to handle a diversity of clientèle
• Hold Strong Administration skills
