The Role:
The Analyst will be working within the Investment Analytics team with responsibility for the analysis of Retail assets. Working as part of this high performing team, you will be required to liaise and work with numerous business units including Asset Managers, Development, Property Management and Valuations. Core responsibilities will include: The production of internal forecasts and ongoing maintenance of Investment Management Model for Assets across the retail portfolio Preparation of Asset Plans which include the ten year cash-flow projections, property income yield & capital return analysis and benchmark property performance vs. industry benchmarks & major competitors. Key role in the transition to Cougar from Dyna as an analytical forecasting and benchmarking tool. Accurately collect and report leasing and asset performance data. Feasibility studies on major transactions, capital projects and development projects; Liaison with Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Fund Analysts and Manager of Valuations to ensure properties are correctly valued Your Profile:
In order to be considered for this role, it is important you are able to meet all of the following criteria: An understanding of retail property fundamentals and valuation techniques; Financial modelling skills; Advanced Excel skills; Dyna (Argus) / Cougar skills are desirable. A range of property skills & awareness including an understanding of property investment processes. Team player with high levels of behavioural awareness; Excellent relationship and trust building skills; Ability to demonstrate an energetic, pragmatic, proactive and autonomous approach to their work, whilst ensuring the broader companies objectives are implemented; Excellent presentation and communication skills; Apply Today:
