Investment Backed Startup Seeking Equity for Services Engineer in VR/AR Technology.

We have financial backing up to the hundreds of thousands of dollars, however as capital is limited and the technology we're using is expensive, we're looking for committed team members willing to forgo their initial salary in the early stages of our system development for equity in the company.
Although the concept around the idea is confidential, you'll be working with all the latest forms of VR and AR tech, Motion capture and game development, specifically in the Unity engine. Your day will involve coming into our pretty cool office, funded by our CEO, and working with your Dev team on solving the problems involved with our VR and AR implementation. The office is also full of experienced developers working on other projects who will also be supporting you through the project development cycle.
Right now, Emergency VR is in it's early stages of development and is raising seed funding from venture capital firms, and we've had significant interest in the platform already. The objective of raising these funds is to primarily look and pay for market opportunities - eg: Expo's all around the world, as well as get a small amount of salary to our team members. But remember, any money invested conforms to your equity stake - so any monetary valuation equates to real capital value for team members who've made a sacrifice.

What we're looking for a team member is this:
Experience in working with the Unity3D engine and/or Experience in C#
Keen attitude towards working with new technologies such as Virtual and Augmented Reality
Keen attitude to prove yourself in a highly competitive field
Keen attitude to working in a startup
No corporate expectations. This is not a corporate job, it's a lifestyle with the main objective of getting the job done and achieving the super hard to achieve.
You want to build something that will work, go somewhere and be something in the future, and you want to keep working at it continually.
There are some nice to haves though:
If you've bought an Oculus or Vive yourself, Dev kit or otherwise because you're that keen on the tech that's a pretty good indicator to us you're going to be good for the team. (We have our own by the way, however it's nice to see dedication)
You have a way to look after yourself during this intense startup period. (As much as we love people living at the office you do start to smell after a bit)
You've had experience developing with AR/VR tech yourself but found yourself lacking a way to make money from it.
