We are seeking a suitably skilled Inbound Service Desk Operator to join our client's team and assist with the high work flow covering holiday leave.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in an inbound call setting environment within the travel industry. They will be used to a very busy environment and you must be adaptable and able to respond to change with a proactive attitude.
The office is located in the Brisbane CBD and is very close to public transport. Start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Excellent customer service skills Ability to easily build rapport with clients and customers Attention to detail Good communication skills Team engagement Positive, friendly attitude Flexibility and Reliability Show initiative Intermediate to Advanced computer skills with the ability to pick up and use systems
The training/ handover time is limited so self learning is required.
