5 years’ experience in Project and ICT Infrastructure Scheduling.
5 years’ experience in solution design, development, deployment and integration of complex global ICT systems.
A strong technical background in ICT infrastructure support.
Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008, 2012 R2, Windows Server and Desktop operating Systems, Active Directory technologies.
Knowledge of Network Infrastructure (Server and SAN technology).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience coordinating the execution of ICT infrastructure managed tasks, project components and BAU deliverables.
Demonstrated evidence of maintaining the ICT Operations Infrastructure work plan, capturing and scheduling managed tasks, BAU tasks and project requirements.
Demonstrated experience producing regular, accurate reporting against managed tasks, BAU tasks and project requirements.
Demonstrated experience with ITIL Framework, including monitoring and coordination of Change Management tasks.
Qualifications
- ITSM qualifications - ITIL V2/3
