We are seeking an experienced, motivated person to take on the role of driving growth with a view to contribute to the sales and development of our new venture.
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing is essential.
- Experience in Real Estate would be desirable but not essential.
- Have a passion for food, in particular Street Food.
- Would like to work in Events and Entertainment Environment.
- High level computer ability with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
- High level negotiation skills are essential, as is a high standard of personal presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong customer relationships.
Duties:
- Compiling and adding to existing data base of proposed tenants/stall holders.
- Process and filter applicants and registrations from tenants/stall holders.
- Being a part of the application process of tenants/stallholders.
