Our Client is a major property investor in South East Queensland with property portfolios across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This privately owned company is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Officer to join their Finance team. Based in Brisbane CBD this is a full time permanent positions.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be involved in all aspects of the accounting and financial management of the Company. The main duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Accounts payable and accounts receivable Capex analysis and maintenance of fixed asset registers Month end reconciliation BAS Reporting Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts Bank reconciliation and cashflow analysis Budgeting Provide business support to the Management team Tax compliance and payroll Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will possess the following:
