Disability Support Workers Required - Barossa Valley
We have a number of services based in the beautiful Barossa Valley who are supported by a team of support workers. We are now looking to hire new staff for existing teams and for new services coming on board and to prepare for the NDIS.
The roles consists of the following:
• Initially shorter shifts (with the potential to increase)
• Supporting a variety of children and adult services
• Set in a friendly family environment
• Mostly consisting of supporting clients with teaching independant living skills and respite
• limited personal care required
To join our specialised teams you will need to have the following as a minimum:
• Australian Drivers Licence
• First Aid Certificate
• DCSI Screening Verification (child related)
• Proven 12 months experience
• 2 relevant reference checks
• Australian Work Rights Verification
• Relevant qualifications (Certificate III or IV in Disability or Aged Care)
