The Company
An established Mid-Tier operating successfully for the last 20 years in South East Queensland. With a full order book and a projected turnover of around $150M this year, a new position has arisen suitable for an experienced Commercial Contract Administrator with at least 3 years' experience working for a similar Mid-Tier sized company on a variety of projects including Multi Storey Residential projects.
To be considered for this role you will need:
3 Years+' experience working as a Contracts Administrator working on Mid-sized Commercial projects $1M -$40 in value.
A wide portfolio of Commercial projects completed.
To be able to take ownership of all contractual issues relating to projects up to $40M in value
Excellent documentation, administration, cost reporting and forecasting skills.
A Tertiary Qualification in Construction.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good career stability.
Self-disciplined, motivated and committed.
A keen eye for detail.
An analytical nature.
A successful applicant would be rewarded with an attractive salary package of up to 100K PA and the opportunity to join a great team of construction professionals building a wide variety of commercial projects in South East Queensland.
