Contract Android/ Java Developer - Davidson WP (Melbourne / Eastern Suburbs)

This opportunity is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Android Developer who doesn't mind occasionally still working with core Java.
This role will be 50/50 split of back end Java Developer and Android;
Here are the Technical Skills required;
2+ years of developing native applications across a variety of form factors for Android The ability to demonstrate examples of high quality Android application development, including implementation of Material Design based UI. Experience working closely with UI designers to develop user interface concepts. Java, Spring, Hibernate management of graphical assets for many display variations. TDD Understanding of git and continuous integration. Strong understanding of and experience consuming HTTP/RESTful web services in mobile applications. Familiarity with modern IDEs, build tools, testing frameworks, simulators/emulators Understanding of agile software development practices Experience working in distributed teams.
