You role will encompass the following:
Business development and prospecting for new opportunities Building a strong network within the Melbourne Commercial Property Market Taking enquiries from buyers/clients Arranging and Inspecting properties Attending listing appointments and managing relationships with both new and existing landlords/vendors Database management on the pre-existing database To be successful in this role you will have:
A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate Previous experience in Commercial Property OR a strong Residential sales background IMMACULATE presentation Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Sound financial skills and capabilities A car and license for business use You will be rewarded by a salary package and highly competitive commission structure.
