Our client is a local Real Estate firm that collaborates with businesses to build strong and successful partnerships within their niche area in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia.
They are currently seeking to appoint an experienced, highly professional Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive to join their Executive Team and provide support to Management.
You will play a vital role in the strategic planning, growth and development of the Commercial Sales Department and implementation of strategies to this niche market.
The main responsibilities of this role include: Managing a portfolio of multiple Commercial Sales and Leasing Properties within the Pilbara region. Implement strategic planning to increase commercial market share. Developing and implementing leasing / sales campaigns to ensure sales of properties and optimal tenancy occupancy. Overseeing completion of all necessary legislative and contractual agreements in line with governing and company polices.
The Skills and Experience Required: 3+ year’s previous experience in Commercial Leasing Sales. Strong industry knowledge of the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. Strong Management and Commercial acumen. Management experience. Strong attention to detail with strong communication skills.
