The Role
The Investment Property department is seeking a Property Analyst who is capable of supporting the Investment Property team through financial analysis, market research and the management of properties owned by the company and it's subsidiary entities. You will all be responsible for assisting with forecasting, fund research, risk assessment, due diligence in relation to property trusts, acquisitions and asset plans.
You will also be responsible for Database management, regular reporting and managing relationships with external service providers.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience in an analyst role and have relevant tertiary qualifications. A valuation background will be considered! Prior experience with Argus will be highly advantageous as well as prior experience within development and funds management. You will also need to understand property valuation methodologies.
