About the company
As Client Services Officer you will be part of a dynamic team environment where customer service is paramount. Based in stunning new offices in the heart of the CBD your new role will see you be part of one of Australia's largest superannuation funds with more than 750,000 members.
With a "members first" ethos, my client is a not-for-profit fund, offering superannuation and retirement products as well as financial advice to members.
The role
* Responsible for assisting with the administration requirements of financial planners
* Ensure timely workflow from Financial Planners across departments
* Manage compliance requirements coupled with a high degree of customer service for general enquiries from members and visitors (including form assistance)
* Have a continuous improvement attitude
* Guide and manage clients to achieve an efficient and successful implementation of the accepted recommendations
You will have
* A positive attitude and enjoy interacting with customers internal/external, providing a true customer experience
* Strong understanding of superannuation and retirement products
* RG 146 or DFP 1-4 will be considered an advantage however, will train
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise workflow and multi-task
* Background gained within financial services
