At Charlotte's Web Childcare Centre, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Certificate 3 educators to join our growing team. The positions will range across 2 centres in Mt Warrigal and Warilla.
We are focused on creating a positive, open and honest environment for all our staff and recognise that our staff are the key tools in success to providing quality education to our children. At Charlotte's Web Childcare Centre, we believe the education should be meaningful, providing purposeful learning opportunities that allow children to succeed in everything they do.
Your Role
To work alongside the staff and director to create a positive and stimulating environment to support our children
Observe and evaluate children's development
Communicate positively with children and staff on a daily basis
To show a great love of children and have a knowledge of developmental areas
You will need:
Ideally a minimum of 1 year's full time experience in Early Childhood
To be working towards or have completed your qualification
First Aid & CPR
Working with Children Check
Great written and verbal communication skills
