Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Management of the onsite operational team Working closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver on agreed strategies Rental arrears and income monitoring Prepare and implement centre budgets and business plans Compile all management reporting Drive return on the shopping centre Forge strong relationships with retailers, community groups and local businesses Foster a positive, productive working environment
