Casual Mall Leasing Manager - Redpath (Melbourne / CBD & Inner Suburbs)

Due to a growing portfolio of Shopping Centres nationally, they are looking to hire an experienced Casual Mall Leasing Executive to focus on some of their premium assets. Reporting into the CML Manager you will primarily be responsible for maintaining, managing and growing casual, kiosk and pop-up tenancies throughout the centre, with a focus on identifying and maximising revenue streams.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Drive brand alliance income and develop new business strategies to increase revenue Negotiate deals for leasing of temporary vacant retail sites in line with business best practice Build and maintain effective relationships with current and prospective clients Undertake business analysis and reporting
In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous Casual Mall Leasing experience for a landlord or agency or alternatively come from a strong sales background with an understanding of the retail environment. You will have exceptional communication skills, relationship building skills, negotiation skills and the ability to work within a team environment. Tertiary qualifications in property or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales focussed individual to join a leading Shopping Centre owner who will provide the platform and training for the right person to eventually move into a retail leasing position if desired.
