Care Manager Role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership experience. As the Care Manager you will play a key role in ensuring care staff can deliver high levels of care.
Reporting to the Facility Manager you will also assist with operational duties getting valuable experience within management. This is a great opportunity to work in a team environment which is geared towards innovation & positive change.
Your Skills & Experience
We are looking for a confident RN with previous experience at Care Manager/ DDON level.
You will have:
RN qualifications / AHPRA Registration Demonstrated leadership experience within aged care Good understanding of aged care legislation & regulations A passion for developing your skills Exceptional communication/ relationship building skills Experience delivering high quality care to elderly residents Ability to lead, educate & motivate staff Current police check
