Our client is a leading investor within the Office and Industrial markets and have displayed a significant growth trajectory in the past 18 months. With the recent acquisition of futher assets, the group are looking to further expand the asset management capabilities.
The Role:
Working as the Asset Manager, you will have responsibility across a range of assets (either office or industrial focused), including those presently going through development. Duties will include stratregy, leasing and the negotiation of commercail terms, capex planning, debt strategy, coordination of general property management activities, budgeting and reporting and general project management. This represents a great opportunity for an experienced real estate profesional to work alongside some of the markets best talent where you will be offered an unmatched personal development opportunity.
Your Profile:
In order to be considered for this role, it is important you are able to meet all of the following criteria: 5 or more years’ of profesional real estate experience, ideally coming from either a Valuations, Property Management or Sales and Leasing background. Advanced excel and financial modelling skills will be looked upon favourably. Excellent academics including a Degree from a relevant field. Have a can do attitude, excellent work ethic, be ambitious and willing to step up and take greater responsibility as required. Knowledge of the Australian Office or Industrial market is essential to be considered for this role.
