Asian Cuisine Cook And Chef Required

Cooks required We are a busy restaurant catering to the guests of Vincentia Golf Club in regional New South Wales. We are seeking to employ two full time experienced cooks to join our kitchen team and contribute to our high quality food production.
The responsibilities of the job role:
• Prepare and cook dishes based on menu and special requests of customers
• Assist in menu planning and updating
• Stock-take and ordering of kitchen supplies
• Freeze, store and preserve food
• Assist in hygiene and safety compliance in the kitchen
• Instruct the kitchen assistants on food preparation and presentations
Requirements:
▪ Tertiary qualification in commercial cookery preferred
▪ Proven skills and experience in preparing and cooking a variety of Asian dishes
▪ Strong understanding of occupational safety and sanitation procedures as well as compliance requirements
▪ Good communicate skills and coordination skills
▪ Ability to work as part of a team and independently
▪ Ability to handle stress and pressure in a fast paced working environment Attractive salary for the right candidates.
