Our government client is looking for a strong HR professional with solid experience and knowledge in recruitment processes and legislation in the public service.
Experience with eRecruit (NGA) would be an advantage, the focus will be on business as usually activities within the recruitment team so the ability to hit the ground running is an absolute must!!
Managing the end to end recruitment processes, providing general HR support and enquiries, and overseeing the onboarding of new staff are core duties for this role.
Your experience will ensure your ability to manage a mix of both APS and consultant staffing needs and all associated responsibilities.
You will of course have well developed oral and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills.
