Reload Agency is a creative artist management and production agency. We are looking for a senior Agent/Producer to join our friendly team and work within our busy Surry Hills office. We represent some of Australia's top photographers, hair & makeup artists, stylists, retouchers, directors and videographers.
The role involves looking after leading industry artists - managing bookings and diaries, shoot production, photo editing, promoting/marketing of the artists and ultimately guiding their careers. The role also involves sourcing work for the artists/agency by building on and communicating with our existing database, as well as helping to maintain previous and current client relationships.
The candidate needs to have great attention to detail and have a pleasant phone/email manner. They need to be highly self-motivated and have a passion for the fashion and advertising industries. Great multi-tasking skills are also essential.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience representing artists, as well as highly skilled in all areas of production (pre, on-shoot and post).
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
