Administration Manager Shopping Centre - Gough Recruitment (Melbourne / All Melbourne)

Duties for this position will include:
Manage the Admin team & oversee the team's meetings Develop strong relationships with the retailers Manage debt collection, forecasting & accruals Calculating and reconciling turnover rent Insurance renewals Keeping Sales Figures and monthly turnover sheet Monitoring tenant lease status Billing Run Profit and Loss Reports The successful candidate will be:
Confident with managing a team and setting targets Proactive and a strong problem solver A strong communicator, both in written and verbal form Experience with leases and administration Strong with their computer skills, ie, Excel, Power Point, graphs & mail merges Strong in regards to Accounting and budgeting Previous Retail experience in Shopping Centres is strongly desired, although not essential. Previous experience in Finance or Accounts is most essential. SAP or CTI experience would be desirable however not essential.
