At the End of Lease Cleaning Sydney wide, we carry out end of lease/tenancy cleans for the tenant, landlord or letting agents. This service we can provide throughout the Sydney area. We have 15 years of experience in End Of Lease Cleaning. We specialize in it.

We service the Sydney area 6 days a week Mon-Sat 7 am – 6 pm. No public holidays.
Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, Eastern suburbs, Western suburbs.

WHAT WE DO FOR AN END OF TENANCY CLEAN
First we vacuum clean all rooms, cabinets, skirting’s, and corners for cobwebs.
WE ALSO PROVIDE END OF LEASE CARPET CLEANING

1. KITCHENS
• De-scaling of sinks and taps
• De-greasing of surfaces and tiles
• Cleaning and polishing to smear free of all tiles
• Cleaning inside and outside of cupboards, shelving, drawers
• Exhaust cleaning (outside)
• We do a general oven clean. Dishwasher door in out, microwaves cleaned.

2. BATHROOMS / SHOWERS / TOILETS
• De-scaling of all porcelain fixtures, baths, showers, basins, toilets, tiles and shower trays.
• De-scaling of floors in wet rooms.
• Polishing of shower screens, tiles, baths, basins, and taps.

3. OTHER ROOMS
• Wet wiping of all surfaces,
• Cob webbing where necessary.
• Cleaning of light switches and fingermarks around them switches,
• Any built in cupboards are wet wiped externally and internally.

4. LUANDRY
• Vacuum walls/door for fluff and wash if need be
• Vacuum dryer
• Clean sink
• Wipe out cabinet if any
• Wipe shelves if any

5. OTHER CLEANING APPLICABLE TO ROOMS
• Vacuuming of floors.
• Hard floors are mopped
• Internal window
