With a Strong presence in Queensland, they are now looking to appoint a Leader for their Transport planning team. This is a key appointment to be based in the Brisbane CBD.
The Role
Leading a dedicated team of professionals you will be responsible for offering strategic planning advice to the wider civil Infrastructure group involved in the transportation sector. You will play an instrumental role in winning work, working in conjunction with the BD team on bids,tenders and client proposals. This will include bid planning, facilitation, costing,writing and technical input.
Key criteria required includes
Degree in related discipline essential
Proven track record in team leadership
Strategic thinker
Work winning ability
Roads and highways experience (ideally with exposure to TMR)
Strong commercial and analytical skills
Ability to develop strong client relationships
A genuine interest in mentoring less experienced staff
