Janssen is currently looking for a Training Specialist to improve overall commercial capability through the provision of innovative training solutions focused on product & therapy knowledge, strategic account management skills & other enterprise initiatives in an environment of collaboration, mutual respect and continual growth and development. As a strategic business partner, you will be responsible for designing training & development solutions aligned to the strategic imperatives of your internal customers. This will involve systematic needs analysis, ongoing consultation and the development and delivery of training curricula that spans technical knowledge as well as broader commercial skills. You are joining at an exciting time during the launch of an enterprise wide capability initiative and you will play a key role in the launch of tailored learning initiatives to drive large scale behavioural change.
Qualifications

Your role will interface with internal stakeholders across the Oncology Business Unit from the executive to the field force, so you will need to utilize exceptional consulting and influencing skills. You will have demonstrated experience in anticipating customer needs and pro-actively be involved in implementing change. You will have a tertiary qualification in science, education or business related field. You will have demonstrated, high performance experience in sales, commercial and/or learning roles. Previous experience working within Oncology will be considered highly advantageous as well as experience supporting multiple teams within complex therapy areas.
