Training Advisor - WorkPac (Regional QLD / Cairns & Far North)

Due to recent growth we are seeking a driven individual for the position of a Training Advisor to be located in the WorkPac Cairns Business Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and promoting Training Courses held in Cairns and other locations throughout Queensland. We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual, experienced predominantly in telephone sales as well face to face sales and consultation.
Key Performance Indicators which must be met in this role are as follows:
-Minimum 10 placements into courses per week
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
-Making outbound sales calls via telephone to candidates in our National Database.
-Promotion and sales of training courses available in Cairns and throughout Queensland.
-Regular liaising with WorkPac's Registered Training Organisation and other internal stakeholders.
-Manage candidate's information.
-Ongoing management and data entry of candidates and call activity into our database.
-Regular communication with students throughout their participation in courses to ensure attendance.
To be successful, in this role, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following behavioural competencies:
-Demonstrate a professional and friendly manner at all times.
-Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and written.
-Ability to work within short time frames, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
-Ability to deal with several queries in a short space of time.
-Ability to work with minimal supervision and work effectively as part of a team.
-Open to new processes and willing to make improvements as necessary.
-Excellent time management system/ability to multi-skill.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive or difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
-Motivated and committed to achieving the aims and objectives of company.
This is a temporary position and the successful candidate will be required to start Wednesday 10 February, 2016.
