You will have your own Assistant Property Manager supporting you 3 days per week. This role requires someone who can balance the hands on customer relation side with good back end systems and knowledge of legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a rent roll of 165 along with the Assistant Ensuring all opens, inspections and condition reports are conducted and up to date Ensure all maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner Establishing & maintaining strong business relationships Keeping up to date and compliant with the Residential Tenancy Act All manner of due diligence with regard to tenant selection & management Key Selection Criteria:
Proven experience in all areas of Residential Property Management Strong customer service & time management skills Articulate communication skills & immaculate presentation An Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST (Legal requirement) Min. 3 years + experience in managing your own portfolio Experience or familiar in using REST but not essential Reliable vehicle and full Victorian drivers licence The successful applicant will be offered a generous base salary, a mobile phone, ipad and incentive structure.
