Senior Accounts Officer - Kelly Services (Perth / Fremantle & Southern Suburbs)

Kelly Services are a world-wide leader in office temporary staff. Currently, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Accounts Officer to work within a company that operates under a group that runs numerous business entities based not far from Perth CBD.
This role is part of a small team, you must have experience & understanding of company/entity structures, a minimum of 10 years' experience as a Senior Accounts Officer. This is a hands on role and experience working across a variety of small businesses and industries is a must.
This is a permanent position to start ASAP. The successful applicant will have previous experience within a similar role, ability to work autonomously and have an excellent work ethic. You must have experience for accounting functions across numerous seperate business entities simusltanously
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Cashflow management
Accounts payable including investigation of all company expenses and sign off by manager
Accounts receivable including all follow up and debit collection
Payroll, Payroll tax & super
BAS returns for a large number of companies
Company credit card management
Set up and manage company accounts with all vendors
MYOB management including bank reconciliations, data entry, Profit & loss, balance sheets
Workers comp Insurance
Audit Insurance
Monthly journal entries
Monthly Management reports
Assist in preparing loan documents
The candidate must posses the following:
High level knowledge MYOB
Very high level attention to detail
Excellent data entry skills
Investigation skills
Organisation skills
Excel - medium to level
Multitasker
Proprietorship
communication skills
Experience & understanding of company/entity structures
High volume transactions
Ability to think and work through problems
