This is a 5 day a week role where you will be responsible for administrative and organisational support to a very successful agent. Some of the tasks you will be responsible for in this diverse position are:
Prepare submissions, pre listing kits and advertising schedules Enter appraisals and customer information into their database Update stocklists and OFI sheets Process sold properties and send after sales letters to vendors, purchasers and solicitors Liaise with the marketing department and assist where required Organise OFI's for Saturday To be considered for this role, you MUST have experience in a similar role. You must also be an organised individual, who has a strong eye for detail and fabulous customer service skills. Personal presentation will be something you take pride in, your professionalism is second to none!
