The Role
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for Property Management. You will be responsible for creating a great first impression for the agency, all basic reception duties as well as assisting the team in Property Management duties.
Day to day duties will include but not be limited to:-
Answering & Directing Calls Meeting & Greeting Clients Receipting of rental monies Daily Banking Generating Reports and responding to emails Preparing and processing Lease Agreements Uploading properties to the internet Signing up new Tenants Processing tenant applications Ensure the office is well presented Basic ad hoc duties To Be Considered For The Role:
This role will suit someone who takes pride in their job and is passionate about developing their career in the Real Estate industry.
Minimum 6 months Real Estate experience Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration Experience using MyDesktop and MS Office Suite Strong Computer and Typing Skills Good Attention to Detail & Communication Skills Pleasant Phone Manner The Ability to Multi-Task And Take Direction From Your Superiors Excellent Presentation Passion for the Real Estate industry A GREAT ATTITUDE!
