The role
As their Property Manager you will be required to manage a small portfolio of 100 properties which whereby you will be required to carry out all Property Management duties, you will be supported by a Leasing Consultant and an Accounts Department.
Skills & experience
To be considered for this role you will need to posses the following:
• A minimum of 1 years experience as a Property Manager
• A valid Certificate of Registration
• Hold excellent communication and presentation skills
• Car and valid drivers license
