Responsibilities:
• Effective facilitation, development and maintenance of project schedules, financial and monthly reporting;

Candidates must have:
• Experience in delivering program/project co-ordination/administration functions in medium to large organisations
• Demonstrated experience in managing financials and completing accurate status reporting against established KPIs throughout the program/project lifecycle
• Practical knowledge of Data analysis using MS excel features including pivot tables, marcos and graphs.
• Certified in program/project management best practice methodologies
• Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement
• Demonstrated ability in delivering project asset co-ordination functions;
• Experience in the use of asset management systems especially software licence and asset management;
