- Develop and execute plans for Metcash that result in growth for all parties
- Contribute to development of channel and customer strategy as a member of the channel management team
- Develop and manage an efficient investment program for the channel in line the company roadmap and aligned to channel goals. This includes managing the national promotional program (internally and externally), incorporating brand and category plans, investment strategy and customer goals.
- Promax national investment, and oversight for overall channel plans in Promax
- Gathering investment learnings, and building more efficient and effective plans for future spend
- Manage the channel NPD program: launch planning (internal and external), identifying and managing success metrics (including prioritisation and distribution expectations), ensuring overall incrementality
- Developing the ‘cycle plan’ to highlight key activity for customer and field activation across the channel
- National level account management
- Degree in Business/Accounting or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation and selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
