We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join the Neuroscience and Virology team.
Be Vital in this role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager Neuroscience and Virology, this is a diverse role with a focus on Health Care Compliance related tasks including tracking of HCC agreement letters for HCP-Marketing activities, liaison with HCPs on travel/ registration to local meetings as required, ongoing management of starter pack/ replacement stock orders and annual HCC, Code of Conduct, Business Conduct training requirements.
Qualifications

Prior experience and a proven track record in marketing administration & event coordination would be highly considered. Ideally you will hold a Bachelor of Business / Marketing degree or similar. Intermediate experience with SAP and Microsoft Office will also be highly regarded.
You will be required to develop strong relationships with various internal stakeholders as well as liaise with external suppliers and customers. An excellent organiser with team spirit you have an ability to build rapport, to work to deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail with excellent planning skills.
You have a passion for the healthcare industry with outstanding communication skills and the ability to learn complex technical information.
